Maintenance Department

The maintenance department at this facility have consistently performed at 100% whenever I have made a request. I am very pleased with the workmanship and expertise of the services. Thank you for all you do to keep our home a place to be proud to live.

Recent resolution of Maintenance request

I recently requested a repair of the weather stripping on the bottom of the Balcony French Doors. within 24 hours the Maitenance staff addtressed and solved the issue. They were very pleasant to deal with during the repair. They cleaned up after the performing their work.

Replace a screen

On Easter morning I noticed a hole , about 1x1, in our bedroom window screen. We were away for the day and when we returned almost all of the bottom of the screen was gone! I put in a request for maintenance the next morning and, as always, they were prompt in responding. I knew what happedned by then. I saw a sparrow pulling out fibers, I assume for nesting. The mainenance man was as astonished as I was. Not possible to repair but I had a new screen in just an hour or two. I'm curious if this ever happened to anyone else. Thank you for the excellent care yu give your residents when help is needed.

Tile work

I had some tile work finished on Friday,May 14th. Dave and Tim were both wonderful. Dave came a few days before to assess the job. Tim came early Friday and finished the job before lunch. They were both very friendly and professional. I’m happy I live here with such a caring staff!

Nice Apartment Complex w/ Great Location!

Here with our 2 kids for a half of a year while between homes. Good sized apartments. Great amenities. Clean. Quiet (besides us!) Pet friendly. Our family has appreciated the clubhouse events thrown by the staff. Our best memories will be hanging out pool side with a beverage while chatting and watching the kiddos swim. Oh! and being able to easily walk out on Penn Ave. to grab a bite to eat.

Amazing!

This place is excellent! The apartment itself is great, the staff is polite and they care about you and any issue you may have (this perk is rare to find). I have been living here for over almost 3 years now and never had an issue. I strongly recommend these apartments!!

Great Place to Live!!

Moved in a month and a half ago & couldn’t be more pleased! Everything has been first class, residents are friendly, and the maintenance/management staff really do a great job. The monthly resident get together was a treat and pleasant surprise. Love the location near all the shops & restaurants, and have enjoyed the pool and coffee lounge. Looking forward to trying out the gym...looks like cool equipment..even a climbing wall. It would be difficult to find a more desirable place to call home.

We love it here because we don't have to fix things ourselves plus we don't have to worry about taxes plus the people are friendly. We love the location as well.

Oh my gosh, this place is excellent

I moved here a few weeks ago and I so Love it already. Hope to stay here throughout my residency program and beyond. The neighbors are nice, it is quiet and seems very safe. I will recommend to anyone.

I am very thankful for 100 park to come out on a snowy day to fix my shower. I know they will be out all day to clean up but I needed my shower back and they took the time to do it. Nobody wants to be without a shower. Thank you for honoring my request . I love my apartment. Linda

We love living here!

We have lived here for 3.5 years and could not be happier. The staff is wonderful and the location is excellent. We love the convenience of walking into town and the nearby running/biking trail.

Definitely the best place to live in Berks County!

I've been fortunate to live at 100 Park at Wyomissing Square twice! I had to move for a job transfer, then came right back when the job concluded! It's a great place to live. The staff, amenities, pool, community and location make it by far the best place to live!

Great place to lice

100Park is the best location and facility in Berks County. Why? Primarily because of the caring and responsive staff and maintenance folks. Place is well maintained and staff is quick to correct any issues.

A good place to live

Best place to live in Central PA

Absolutely the Best Place to live in Wyomissing, and all of Central PA. My apartment is perfect and it has the most wonderful view. You couldn't pay me to leave. I no longer have to deal with any of the issues I had with my home-and now I can sit back and enjoy the pool and the location! I also love Viva which is part of the building. New Management is good and the events that they host for us have been fun. I would definitely recommend living here.

100 Park

100 Park used to be upscale. Now I consider it to be slightly above average. The building is dirtier than before and the residents are less friendly. The former management was cold and unfriendly. New management - too soon to tell. I have neutral feelings about 100 Park.
